This spring, singer-songwriter Agustina Bécares has released a new EP titled “Torpe”. It’s her first fresh material we’ve heard from her in over 3 years.

Augustina’s debut album, “Lupa“, came out in February 2013. Her new EP consists of four songs produced by Andrés Ceccarelli with “Despedida” as the opening track and the lead single off this short, but memorable record.

In this one, as in the three other pieces, we can hear a mix of rock and folk inviting us to reflect on love, fleeting relationships, and the one that haunts us and probably will for the rest of life.
