Alejandra Ortiz and Luis Maurette form the experimental duo Lulacruza. The capitals of Argentina and Colombia – Buenos Aires and Bogotá – get together in this project that aligns in the new wave of South American folk, with musicians who mix local genres with electronic music.

The results are songs with strong roots, but at the same time they could come from any part of the world. The mellow track “Comandante” is part of their new and third album titled “Orcas”, and available now in its entirety on Soundcloud and Bandcamp.
