Basement Tape’s music is a mixture of 60’s rock and 90’s underground indie pop, with songs in both Thai and English due to their two lead singers being Thai and Australian.

Well known for their love of lo-fi analog recording that they believe captures the raw spirit of their music, they have released their latest album “II” on 12″ LP vinyl records alongside CD and digital formats.

Apart from playing at art galleries, parties, bars and music festivals, they have also opened for some top indie international acts, i.e. Whitest Boy Alive, Tahiti 80 and The Dodos.
