F5, earlier known as Fali V, is a crossover band from Zagreb, which is influenced by rock, pop, funk as well as electronic, experimental, world music… But their “chief” Robert Nappholz combines all of these inspirations transforming them into great, clear-cut tunes.
In Croatia, the kind of music “Medo” (meaning “Bear”) represents is still not really recognized. Therefore F5 are not one of the top bands, even though their latest album “Organik” is delicious (if maybe just a bit too long). Definitely one of my very favourite numbers to present from Croatia.
