In 2012, Dutch producer David Douglas decided to switch from making music videos to making music. And we’re glad he did!

Not that he was making bad music videos, but his music is excellent. His second release “Moon Observations” gained a lot of international intention, winning over lovers of moody, layered electronics.

For his new record, “Spectators of the Universe”, which has just been released, Douglas decided to spice up things a little bit. That resulted in a more club ready sound as we can hear on catchy-as-hell lead single “Highway Of Love”.

Fans of Caribou and Washed Out definitely shouldn’t miss this one.
