Garbanotas Bosistas

It takes talent to produce art of any kind that would be mellow and even relaxing, and at the same time thoroughly engaging.

Retro-loving Vilnius quartet Garbanotas Bosistas will slow you down with the first bars of their new single, but won’t let your mind wander until the last chord of the mellotron dies out.

“Places, Planes and Trains” is the first single off their long-awaited debut album, “Above Us”, which you can now stream in its entirety on their Bandcamp. It comes out over two years after the band’s debut EP, “Venera”.

In the meantime, their line-up has changed. Now after about 7 years on the scene, with a new drummer and a new bassist – Garbanotas Bosistas means “Curly Bassist”, by the way – they seem to be ready to restart their career.
