Trajano!

An irresistible guitar riff welcomes us to the latest single by the Madrid-based Trajano!, a band that has already succeeded to draw attention of Spanish fans and media with their outstanding debut “Antropología” released at the beginning of 2014.

In “Apártate”, as usual, Lois Brea’s deep voice (maybe one day we will talk about his interesting solo project) gets stuck in a distant place of our brain, awakening some obvious references to bands such as Joy Division or even Tom Smith (Editors) in his singing style.

“Apártate” is a song with an addictive appeal, and we have to highlight the interesting contrast between the choir featured in the chorus and the dark mood of the track. A return to the top of their form for one of the most promising Spanish bands.
