Sue Mon Mont

Sue Mon Mont is a supergroup fronted by Rosario Bléfari – a living institution of the indie scene in Argentina: singer and composer of the 90’s band Suárez, later an accomplished solo musician, actress, poet, etc.

She is accompanied by Gustavo Monsalvo (guitarist of El Mató a un Policía Motorizado, the band with the biggest crowd in the underground scene and for-export), Marcos Díaz (of Bosques) and Tifa Rex (of Los Reyes del Falsete).

One year after their live debut – they didn’t play that much over that time – they have just released their self-titled debut LP, which you can hear in its entirety on Bandcamp.

“Besos” is one of 13 songs on the record: urban love stories, sometimes rock and sometimes pop, always full of poetry. Most “supergroups” tend to be really disappointing. Sue Mon Mont is not one of them.

You can follow Sue Mon Mont on Soundcloud, Facebook and Twitter.
