Kolkata rock n’ rollers The Ritornellos finally make a long-awaited release, in the form of a studio vid of their racy debut single, “Run”.

On vocal duties, Nicholas Rixon brings forth a style that harks back to the ways of one Ian Curtis, with guitar players Ananda Sen (also principal songwriter of the project) and Ritaprabha “Ratul” Ray complementing their angular playing well, over a 70s rhythm.

On drums and bass, Avinash Chordia and Roheet Mukherjee respectively, hold it together – making this release a winner, and we can’t for more from the quintet.
