Ceci Juno

In her first full length LP, “Fantasmas“, singer-songwriter Ceci Juno sings to let go the ghosts of her past.

Born in Guayaquil and graduated from Berklee in Boston, Ceci has an exceptional voice that reminds us of singers like Natalie Prass and others.

The album is full of ballads about love and abandonment. They share a very dramatic and radio-friendly production that sometimes softens the ears and some other times feels a little bit too much.

Still, Songs like “Huellas” or “Fantasmas” are some of the best moments, where the voice is upfront and the lyrics – along with Ceci’s performance – are the main empathy transmitters with listeners.
