Ságan is an experimental-electronic duo composed by María Gutiérrez and Felipe Ortega. Hailing from Bogotá, a city known for being 2.600 meters closer to the stars, this band is building their soundscape and imagery on themes regarding the universe, nature and human experiences.

Their first effort is a 29-minute album called “Cada Célula” (Every Cell). Collecting all their influences and making a very distinctive sound that matches with those of Venezuelan producer Arca or singer and performer FKA Twigs, Ságan is taking risks that very few projects take within a very curious scene such as the Colombian one.

While you can hear the whole record on Spotify, here’s an excerpt of their debut, “Piedras”, a song thought as a journey for our senses.
