Mayales released their first album in 1999, but several years later they split. Since then, they were in a long hiatus. But everything changed in 2012 when they recorded a new album, simply called “2”.

Just when it looked like they were going to split again, recently we heard news that they are working on a new album. “Danas smo happy” (“Today we are happy”) is a first track released from this upcoming record.

With “Danas smo happy” they continue their characteristic psychedelic pop sound, making most Mayales fans expect another brilliant album. We can only wait and see, but until – let’s happily enjoy their hit single.
