Džian Baban has played in numerous bands, all of which lost their breath before releasing a full-length debut. While already established as a comic book author, his new band Dalekko signifies Baban’s breakthrough as a musician.

Influenced in equal measure by The Cure’s melancholy and indie guitar bands, Dalekko boasts both thoughtful lyrics and powerful melodies. A success story? Maybe. Pop without its inherent banality? Sure!
