French label Talitres has just released the debut album by Eko & Vinda Folio, Georgian post-punk duo.

Besides the ubiquitous CD and digital formats, “Therapy” (თერაპია) also comes as vinyl, the medium Georgian music has been returning to after long break of more than 25 years.

Moving away from their earlier, often confrontational music, this work focuses more on pristine-sounding, melodic side of their style. In contrast to their earlier days when singing parts were performed exclusively by Eko, now vocal duties are more or less shared, with Vinda presenting himself as just as accomplished a performer.

The release was preceded by the video for eponymous single that also serves as the album opener.
