Farewell Dear Ghost

If you fell in love with the first Coldplay album long time ago, but then got disappointed with every new release, Farewell Dear Ghost will be a welcome suprise there’s someone who’s done it right.

Founded in Graz over five years ago, this rock/pop four-piece released their debut album, “We Colour The Night”, in 2014. Well-received by critics and fans, the record brought them multiple invitations from abroad, including China, which they visited in May.

After this exotic tour, they’ve decided to “mold their experiences and impressions” into a four-track EP. Titled “Skin”, it came out this week heralded by the video for the opening track, “We Were Wild Once”.

This spring, the quartet of Philipp Szalay, Philipp Prückl, Alex Hackl and Andreas Födinger will be touring around Europe as the supporting act of Nada Surf.

Catch them if you can, but if you don’t we can possibly hope for more dates and that this year’s live experiences will also result in new material. In the meantime, you can already stream “Skin” on Spotify.
