On her great new album, French singer-songwriter Halo Maud promotes joy, community and sorority.
As suggested by its title, “Celebrate”, the second LP from the French artist Maud Nadal aka Halo Maud, is a piece of art promoting joy, community and sorority.
The words, rhythms and melodies that constitute the twelve songs of the album fit well into the universe initiated by Nadal with “Je suis une île” in 2018.
With help from Greg Saunier (Deerhoof), Halo Maud defines her style and experiments with electronic, pop and rock sounds for a perfect balance, and a successful album.
