Jibóia

Portuguese project Jibóia (which means “Boa constrictor”) is overtly inspired by Hindu philosophy and music from the far East to Saharan deserts.

But Óscar Silva mixes distant influences with modern beats, psychedelia, and in the case of Jibóia’s new EP, “Badlav”, with the mesmerizing voice of Ana Miró (aka Sequin). Here’s their recent single, “Dvapara Yuga”.
