The last two years have been quite a journey for Kalben, who became one of the most beloved names of the alternative music scene in Turkey almost overnight thanks to an amazing Sofar performance.

Now, after many interviews and tens of live performances, she has finally released her self-titled debut album and the first video off this record.

The clip belongs to the song named “Saçlar”, which translates into English as “Hairs” and instantly answers the question why all the actors in the video have such great hair.

“Saçlar”, which can be called a post-break up song, lingers on the ideas of waking up next to strangers, seeing the trails they leave around such as hairs and feeling alienated.
