Established in 2007, crosstalk campus rockers graduates Namo (南无) have became one of Beijing’s new generations go-to bands.
Combining Chinese culture obsessed, 80s nostalgic, vigorous lyric-based melodies, and crosstalk rock, a traditional Chinese comedic performance style, the band is able is a creation of their generation of youth.
This collage of influences is ever present on “Spring’s Here” (春来了), the title track to the band’s third full-length album. Singing earnestly the emergence of spring and all its themes, the band has created a hopeful, brimming anthem for the changing of seasons.
