“In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.”
Natasha Noorani is not just a musician from Lahore, Pakistan, but also a co-founder of one of Pakistan’s largest music festivals, Lahore Music Meet.
With her debut EP “Munaasib”, released in September, she brings warmth and colors. Munaasib can be translated as ‘adequate’. Her voice is so easy to fall in love with.
Natasha defines her music as “accidental-pop”, but also she says that it falls somewhere between rnb, neo-soul, and progressive pop-rock.
The EP artwork is so sugar cotton candy – sweet! It matches her cuteness. For that, she has collaborated with Sana Nasir. “Munaasib” was produced by Ali Suhail, engineered by Adeel Tahir (Eridu/Dreadnaught) and has several talented collaborators who have worked towards creating musical masterpieces. It contains five songs with “To Get Her” being the first single.
This might be the best thing you’ll listen to today!
