After the quarrelsome existance of their previous band My Disorder was over, Victor Ivanov (vocals, guitar) and Antoni Trandev (drums) formed a new band called Bears and Hunters. Then they met Ivan Valev (bass) and Petar Trifonov (guitar) and entered the Homeovoxmusic label.

Hayes & Y may be young, but when they started they were even younger. Playing together since school, the band – now university students – released their debut EP at the end of 2014.
