Poordream feat. Zinovia

As dusk approaches, I decide to press the play button. Cinematic atmosphere, dark melodies, samples, experimental sounds and breakbeats slip into my room.

“Ninetynine”, the third album from John Valasis, a Greek-born composer and producer who is based in Athens, is from the very first minute full of interesting moments.

He has a lot of different influences, from 90’s ambient-trance and drum’n’bass, to classical music and eastern vibes. And he combines real instruments, such as cello or violin, with electronic elements and deep soundscapes. Romantic and nostalgic, he balances experimentation and warm melodicism with flexibility.

The album was released by Tympanik Audio, an electronic label from Chicago, and we have decided to bring you the sixth song from it – the one that comes with the ethereal guest vocals of Zinovia. You can also create your own remix of the track if you are interested, as Poordream invites you freely, providing the stems of the song. Come on, you all ambitious remixers, give it a try.
