Eache en Route (이채언루트) is a Korean duo formed by the violinist/singer Kang Eache (강이채) and the bassist Kwon O-Kyung (권오경). Eache was also a jazz musician, and O-Kyung is a member of an electropop band The Solutions.
Their unique combination of influences brings a genre-crossing, stylish, and powerful music even when as stripped-down as in this live performance of “Uneasy Romance”.
Singing in English, Eache brings the beautiful vocal melody to the front, while O-Kyung backs her up discreetly with his bass, adding a twang every now and then.
