Valentino Bošković is a Croatian music duo who want to present stories of an astronaut with the same name, who left planet Earth on one Sunday in 1646.
He will return on the 14th of February 2046 and then, the band will have their first concert ever (you can join official FB event) on mountain Vidova Gora on island Brač.
While we are waiting for him to return, Branko Dragičević and Josip Radić are making music. Until now, they have managed to release two albums and one compilation (with those two albums plus one extra track). In the last two years, we’ve been getting a new single every few months, and the latest one is “Šukadar Bukadar”.
This is a typical song by Valentino Bošković, sang in the specific dialect of island Brač. They still manage to combine humour in their sound and lyrics. “Šukadar Bukadar” was a specific shout in the Middle Age on Brač and it was used when they wanted to drive away the plague from the city and island.
