Bilhão is a duo from Rio de Janeiro formed by Felipe Vellozo and Gabriel Luz. With seven songs and about 25 minutes, their self-titled debut album features a mixture of alternative rock of the 2000s and the atmosphere of life on the coast of Rio de Janeiro.
This makes this album be a gentle and welcoming work. The song “Atlântico lunar” opens the album and seems to take us to another place. We could say that it’s an indie pop song with lyrics about a common confusion about time – does everything pass fast or slow?
The black and white clip, created by musicians themselves, seems to reflect the issue of time in a way that is directly linked with the sound of the band: pay attention to details and don’t stop contemplating life, which is done in daily details.
