I Will, I Swear recently was one of three winners of De Nieuwe Lichting, a contest for young artists organized by Studio Brussel, the biggest Flemish rock and pop radio station. Even before this happened the band’s songs already counted numerous plays on amongst others YouTube and Soundcloud, collecting positive articles on national and international blogs and websites.
“Fractures” is a typical I Will, I Swear song, with subtle instrumental and vocal layers that increasingly gather power and the heavenly voice of Fien Deman that’s guiding us through a path full of lovely clouds. It figures on the EP “Strings of Gold” that was released at the beginning of May – and available on Soundcloud.
