Cadu Tenório is a restless experimentator. “Banquete” EP, his collaboration with lyricist Márcio Bulk, also features such artists as Alice Caymmi, Bruno Cosentino, César Lacerda, Lívia Nestrovski and Michele Leal.

A unique, deeply moving record – and one of our favourite releases of 2014.

“Em transe” is a song of extremes. On the one side is the crystalline, though somehow painful voice of Lívia Nestrovski. On the other side comes Cadu Tenório’s instrumental background, alternately hopeful and agonizing. A song to listen and get lost completely. And the video directed by Jorge Soledar also joins these two opposing sides: happiness and fear together.
