In first half of 2014, Galvanic Elephants, a 5-piece indie-rock band from Estonia, released their debut LP, “Mosaic”.
With it comes a video for “We Are Together.” Straying away from rigid 4/4 tracks, their signature has matured to a more hypnotizing and layered structure.
On one side, think Ultraista and Radiohead with the lead singer roving in falsetto, and the syncopated beats getting coupled with electronic sounds. On the other end of the spectrum you have the 80’s new wave, synth pop touch that draws comparison to Tears for Fears.
You can hear “Mosaic” in its entirety on the band’s Soundcloud. Galvanic Elephants are also on YouTube and Facebook.
