“Over The Rise” is definitely one of my top Sky Rabbit songs, from their last EP “Where”, released on 2014. While the song is a departure from their usually upbeat, DFA Records-esque sound and relies greatly on samples, also sees vocalist Raxit Tewari approach his vocal parts tangentially.

Guitarists Nadkarni brings to the table his production chops, and it makes me want to look forward to their new material – some of which I’ve had the chance to see live over the last couple of shows. The groove is unmistakable, but definitely a side of the band that more people need to know.
