Kimberley Hunter – or km for short – is a young acoustic artist from Townsville, Queensland, whom we already introduced here on beehype about two years ago.
Maybe the only freedom we know is creating a home. A place where we feel safe and happy. A state of serenity. With serenity so hard to come by, a song like km’s recent “Home Sick” is all the more satisfying. The melodies take you home, even though the lyrics are about the complete opposite.
Sit back, relax and allow yourself to drift away. It won’t be the sound of your radio summer, but not all music has to be. And by the way, another new song from km is coming on September 9th.
